About the project
Fika labs was designed to be a motor of innovation inside my business area in Ericsson Brazil.
The challenge
Make a cultural change and engage internal employees as protagonists of simplification of processes and cost saving using Design Thinking and Design Sprint as frameworks for solving problems and engaging multidisciplinary teams.
Creation process
The creation process was design thinking and the mapping of the innovation journey.
The processes were followed in this order:
- Design thinking
- Brainstorm
- Visual identity
- Design Sprint
Results.
- 6 months pilot for testing the framework and cultural aspects
- Pivoting and resizing after pilot with the buy in of the CEO!
